長い溶接首のフランジ（LWN）は、首を持つバット溶接フランジの拡張形態であり、首の高さは通常のバット溶接フランジの高さよりも著しく高くなっています。首は通常、まっすぐな円筒形で設計され、高さは公称直径（DN）に従って調整されます。DN≤100の場合、首の高さは229mmで、DN> 100の場合、305mmです。首の壁の厚さは、パイプの壁の厚さに徐々に移行し、ストレス分布を効果的に改善し、フランジの剛性と負荷容量を向上させ、高圧、高温、頻繁な温度変動を伴う労働条件に適しています。
