ロングウェルドネックフランジ

ロングウェルドネックフランジ（LWN）は、首付き突合せ溶接フランジを拡張したもので、首の高さが通常の突合せ溶接フランジよりも大幅に高くなります。ネックは通常、真っ直ぐな円筒形に設計されており、高さは呼び径 (DN) に従って調整されます。DN ≤ 100 の場合、ネック高さは 229 mm、DN > 100 の場合、ネック高さは 305 mm になります。ネック壁の厚さがパイプ壁の厚さに徐々に移行し、応力分布が効果的に改善され、フランジの剛性と支持力が強化され、高圧、高温、頻繁な温度変化のある作業条件に適しています。
